1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1/2 cup corn meal
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup cream corn
1 1/4 cups canned tomatoes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pack into a greased loaf pan 5x9". Bake in a moderate oven (350) for 1 1/2 hours.
