Boneless pork loin ( 1 1/2 " thick)
3 Tblsp. brown sugar
1/2 T. salt
1/4 cup honey
1 T. white wine
1/2 t. msg
1 T. red food coloring
1/3 cup water
1/8 t. allspice
1 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pork with brown sugar - let stand 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients - Pour over pork. Marinate over night in refrigerator. Drain pork, lay on rack. placed over pan of water. Roast at 350 for 1 hour. Turn after 30 minutes and baste with remaining sauce. Continue roasting 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Slice, shred, use on chow mein or fried rice, etc. (Like it best just sliced with hot mustard) (be generous with sugar).
