1 - 14 oz. pkg. light caramels
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup butter (melted and cooled)
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup evaporated milk
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramel with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in double boiler. Mix cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, and nuts. Press 1/2 mixture into bottom of greased and floured pan (13x9). Bake at 350º for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust, then top with caramel mixture. Crumble reserve dough over top. Bake 15 - 18 minutes. Cool and let set before cutting. May refrigerate.
