4 cups scalded milk
1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup warm water
4 pkg. yeast
12 cup flour
1/2 tsp. mace or nutmeg
4 eggs, beaten
Glaze:
Powdered sugar
warm water
maple flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough, raise double. Punch down and roll out. Cut do-nuts, raise again. Fry. Dip do-nuts in glaze.
