3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
11/2 tsp ground cinnanmon
3/4 cups chopped nuts
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups coarsly shredded zucchini
1 8oz crushed pineapple well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour,soda,salt and baking powder, cinnamoon and nuts and then set them aside. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl, add sugar, oil,and vanila. Beat until creamy. Stir in Zucchini and pineapple. Add dry ingradients, stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into 2 well greased and foured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool for 10 minutes in pan before removing. turn out on rack and cool completely
