2 broccoli (flowerets)
2 cauliflower (flowerets)
1 lb green beans (french style)
1 lb yellow beans (french style)
3 cups zucchini (shredded)
3 red pepper
3 green pepper
3 yellow pepper
3 orange pepper
3 medium carrots (shredded)
5 medium onions
1 lb peas
5 tins sliced mushrooms
5 tins tuna or salmon (drained)
3 or more jalapenos
1 cup Louisiana hot sauce
1 gallon ketchup
2 cups olive oil
2 cups vinegar (pickling)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and chop all vegetables. Heat until steaming. Add fish last if you want it chunky. Pour into sterilized jar's. Process for 20 minutes.
