2 cups self-rising cornmeal
1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup cooking oil or 1/2 cup butter flavor Crisco
1/2 - 8 oz. sour cream package - enough milk to make sloppy.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cooking oil or melt butter flavor Crisco in iron skillet to heat. Pour into mixture and bake at 400 degrees until done.
