1 3lb. bag mixed vegetables
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil vegetables until tender. Put them into a greased 13x9 pan.
Cube cheese and butter and place on top of the vegetables.
Crumble crackers and put evenly on the top. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 mins.
