1/2 cup margarine
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup half & half light cream
1 tsp vanilla
6 cups grated coconut

Coating:
2- 12 oz. pkgs milk chocolate chips
6 Tbsp shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1/2 c.margarine to golden color. Gradually add 4 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup light cream(or half & half) and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Remove from stove-- add 6 cups grated coconut. Shape into balls and smash almond into top. Chill.

Melt in double boiler or microwave 2- 12 oz. packages of milk chocolate chips and 6 Tbsp shortening. Dip cool bars in chocolate and place on wax paper to dry. Chill.
