1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello Brand pudding & pie filling
1 pkg (3 oz) Jello brand Strawberry gelatin
2 C water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 C cool whip
1 C sliced strawberries
1 baked 9 inch pie shell (cooled)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine pudding mix, jello, water, and lemon juice in saucepan. Cook & stir over med heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Pour into bowl and chill until thickened.
Fold into whipped topping--blending well.
Stir in strawberries.
Pour into cooled pie shell and cool until set--1-2 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping & strawberries.
