1 – 11 12 ounce Nestles Milk Chocolate Chips
1 -14 ounce bag of carmels
2 tablespooon vegetable shortening
5 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons water
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt choco chips & vegetable shortening for 5 minutes on medium power. Pour ½ of it in an 8x8 square, tin foil lined pan. Put in fridge and let set about 15 minutes.
Combine butter, water and carmels. Set at high temp for 3 minutes. (I used only 1 tablespoon water.) Stir in nuts. Pour over layer of chocolate . Let set in fridge about 15 minutes. Pour remaining chocolate on top. Chill for about an hour. Keep in fridge until served.
