4 ½ oz. cream cheese
1 c. butter
2 c. sifted flour
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Cream the cheese, butter and sifted flour. Roll out dough. Cut with 2 inch round cutter. Roll into cornucopia by bringing 2 rounded edges together, letting them overlap; press them gently. They are now shaped like lilies. Fill open part with a little jelly or orange marmalade or apricot preserves. Bake at 375º for about 15 minutes. Cool, then drench with powdered sugar.
