2 c. sugar
8 oz. Sour Creme
2 T. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, sour creme, corn syrup and salt to 239º Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla, cool to 110º
Beat vigorously till creamy no longer glossy.
Add walnuts pour into greased 8x8 pan.
Let harden, cut into squares.
