1 pound powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
smooth peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, vanilla & sugar to make a smooth dough. You may need to add more sugar if dough is too sticky. Wrap airtight & chill 45 minutes. Roll out to a 1/8" thick rectangle. Spread peanut butter leaving 3/4" bare. Roll up and seal end. Chill & slice.
