Ingredients:  
1/2 c olive oil
Onions & garlic to taste (I use lots)
10 c vegetable stock
1 lb chopped kale
2 bay leaves
3 diced red potatos w/skin
1 can 15 oz. diced tomatos (or fresh)
1 can red kidney beans - drained & rinsed
(or 1/2 lb cooked dried beans)
dash of cayenne, paprika, & salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook for 30 minutes.
Take 2 cups & put in blender
Return to soup pot.
This thickens it.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
Serve with crusty bread.
