24 oz Chocoalte Chips
8 oz Hershey Bar grated
3 cups chopped pecans
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Measure oatmeal and blend in blender til a fine powder. Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix batches with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add the chocolate chips, Hershey bar shavings, and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for ten minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies.

A customer asked for this recipe at Neiman Marcus and they charged his credit card $250.00 for the recipe, so he wanted to pass this along to as many people as he could! I have made these cookies for christmas and people love them, but they do take awhile to make, enjoy!
