3 lbs. lean ground beef
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 bell pepper seeded and chopped
1 onion chopped
1 package of chilio chili mix
1 large can of mushroom pieces drained
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain. Add other ingredients.
Stir and simmer 1 hour. You can add more pepper or mushrooms if desired. Also, you can use 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes instead of plain.
