3 1/2 cups flour 4 eggs 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 3 cups sugar 1 cup oil 2/3 cup water 2 cups caned pumpkin (not spiced)
mix all dry ingredients togather in one bowl and all wet in a seperate bowl the mix togather. pour into 2 greased loaf pans. bake at 350 for 1 hr or untill toothpick comes out clean. cool befor turning out.
this is a great winter treat. but we have it all year round. enjoy
