2 1/2 - 3 lb lean boneless chuck roast
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
1/8 tsp black pepper
10 - 12 French rolls or sandwich buns

Directions:
Place beef in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients except for rolls in medium bowl. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW 8 - 9 hours

Remove beef from slow cooker. Shred with 2 forks. Combine beef with 1 cup sauce from slow cooker. Spoon meat and sauce mixture onto warmed, open-faced rolls. Top with additional sauce if desired.
