1 can condensed beef consommé
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. barbeque sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 lbs extra-lean baby back ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except ribs in slow cooker. Mix well. Add ribs. If ribs are very fatty, broil for 10 minutes and drain before adding to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 6 - 8 hours or on HIGH 3 - 4 hours.
