1 large or 2 small brisket
2 cans sauerkraut
2 cans stewed tomatoes
Brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:

Cross 2 long strips of foil over large pan. Place 1 large or 2 small brisket on the foul. Spread evenly 2 cans sauerkraut over the top (DO NOT DRAIN). Add 2 cans stewed tomatoes. Crumble generous amount of Brown sugar over the top. (DO NOT ADD ANY OTHER SEASONING). Seal Tightly.

Bake for 6 hrs @ 200º
