Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 lb. beef brisket
2 T. brisket seasoning to cover the brisket
Favorite barbecue sauce, cut with a little apple cider vinegar and heated

Directions:
Directions:
Liberally cover the raw brisket with seasoning on all sides. Place in a plastic bag or cover with plastic wrap tightly and place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, place in crock pot on low for 8 hours or medium for 4 hours. When you are ready to serve, the meat will be ready to pull apart with a fork. It is not necessary to put liquid in crock pot during the cooking time; it will cook in its own juices. When you are ready to serve, use your favorite sauce. Meat can be served on buns, Texas toast, or on its own.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was a favorite of Susan's, both as a meal at the beach for her family and at a Sunday dinner for the feeding of church guests from The Healing Place in Raleigh NC. Wherever she unloaded her crock pot, guests were delighted.
