11/4 extra sharp cheese (new York)
1 stick butter or margarine
13/4 cups cups of flour
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
pinch of cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese, cream cheese and butter together. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put into cookie press. Press out all of the mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown, about 30 minutes.
