6 lb back spareribs
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup liquid honey
4 large crushed garlic cloves
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
cut the ribs into 8-10 portions.
place them in a heavy sauce pan
cover with water and boil gently,covered for 1 to 1/4 hours or tell tender.
drain
to make the sauce,
stir in the reaming ingredients together. coat the ribs with the sauce and place them on a preheated greased grill over hot coals.
barbecue, turning often and basting with sauce, until hot and glazed.
about 8-10 minutes
