2 cups rice
1 pint sour cream
1 can chopped chillies
1 lb shredded monteray jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice until done ( directions are on the pkg.)
Add 1 pint sour cream, 1 can chopped chillies and 3/4 of the cheese, mix thouroughly.place in a 9x11 inch pam sprayed pan. Add remaining cheese to the top of casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes

One of my favorites to bring to a covered dish dinner. Rice goes with almost anything.....(as long as your not throwing the rice under the table) HAHAHA!!!!
