Scallops:
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped fresh dill or 1 T. dried
2 T. orange flavored liqueur or orange juice
1/2 t. salt
2 lbs. sea scallops

Mayonnaise:
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 T. chopped fresh chives
2 t. grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat grill to medium high. Spray grill basket with cooking spray.
2. Combine mayonnaise, chives and orange peel in small bowl and set aside. Can be made ahead and refrigerated to allow flavors to blend.
3. Mix butter, dill, liqueur and salt in medium bowl. Stir in scallops until well coated and place in basket.
4. Grill scallops for 8 to 10 minutes or until done. They will be white and opaque. Serve with orange mayonnaise. Serves 4.
