11/2 lbs hamburger or ground chuck
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
1 potato medium shredded
1 carrot medium shredded
1 onion medium cubed
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
25 saltine crackers crushed
1 can of mushrooms (small) drained
1 to 2 tbls of Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, egg, potatos, carrots, onions and saltines. add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Shape into a loaf. On medium heat in an electric skillet brown loaf on both sides, drain off any grease, add your cream of mushroom soup. Lower your heat to low and add drained mushrooms on top. Cook for about 1 hour with the lid on. Do not let mushroom soup boil.
