4 medium tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges, about 3 c.
2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced, about 5 c.
1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
1/2 c. rice vinegar
4 t. sugar
1 T. finely chopped fresh dill
1/2 t. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large glass serving bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables, toss to mix.
3. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Toss again before serving. Serve with slotted spoon. Serves 8.
