1 1/2 pounds cabbage
1/2 cup rice (raw)
1 small chopped onion
salt and pepper as needed
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 cans tomato soup
1 large can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage until cooked. Let cool. Peel leaves off head of cabbage (take out the core to make this step easier). Mix meat, rice, onion, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning together. Take one leaf of the cabbage and place some of the hamburger mixture on it then roll the cabbage to secure the hamburger within. Repeat on the other cabbage leaves. Then place cabbage in a flat cooking pan. Pour soup and tomatoes over the cabbage. Cook for about 30-45 minutes at 350º
