1 Chuck Roast ( size for your Family)
1 tomato cubed
1 onion cubed
8 to 10 small carrots
6 to 8 small potatos
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 garlic salt
1/4 cup flour
2 tbls oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast with salt, pepper, garlic salt on all sides for seasoning, then add flour all over the roast. Heat oil in skillet, add Roast and brown on both sides. Add enough water at least 2 cups to cook the roast in. chop your tomato and onion. Add to the roast. Cook until done. I turn occationally. Use plent of flour as this makes your gravy. You may add your small carrots and potatos about 1 hour before its done. Time depends on how large your chuck roast is.
