4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
2 bunches of onions, chopped
1/4 pound of mushrooms, sliced
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 box of stuffing mix
4 pieces of your favorite cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Follow directions on back of stuffing box. Make stuffing.

2. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter or oil. Do not drain!

3. Add enough stuffing to the onions/mushrooms to fill 4 chicken breasts.

4. Lay pounded chicken breasts flat, and cover each one completely with stuffing/onions/mushroom mix. Fold over, and fasten with toothpicks.

5. Place in baking dish and pour cream of chicken soup around the stuffed chicken breasts

6. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley

7. Bake at 350 for one hour.

8. When chicken has about 5-10 minutes left, add cheese and finish cooking.

This is a recipe that my girlfriend and I love to make. It looks very fancy yet is easy to cook, so it would be great if having guests over!
