1 egg
1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
1 tomato
1 onion
1 small can tomato sauce
1 c. water with beef bouillon
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pepper in half. Clean and place into a dish.In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, rice (however much you want) some tomato sauce, and bouillon. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Shape into balls and place in pepper shell. Place extra balls around pepper shell in dish. Slice onion and tomato and place on top of meat. Pour bouillon ovr meat. Pour tomato sauce over meat. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
