5 packets instant chicken broth
Bony chicken parts, cooked w/meat taken off bones
2 stalks celery, diced
2 medium carrots shredded or diced
1 small onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan, cook, and stir until vegetables are done. Add rice to suit individual. Continue cooking at low heat until rice is done. Thickening may be added at this time if desired.

Thickening: Wonder flour and water.
