5-8 lb brisket (fat trimmed)
garlic, minced
onion powder
celery salt
salt and pepper
worchestershire sauce
liquid smoke
white sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c brown sugar
1 bottle Kraft mild BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place a large sheet of aluminum foil on the counter top. Place brisket on foil and sprinkle with garlic, onion powder, celery salt, worchestershire sauce, liquid smoke, white and brown sugar. Wrap tightly in foil, place in roaster or glass casserole dish with lid and marinade overnight- for at least 8 hrs. The next morning, unwrap and season again using all but sugars. Rewrap in foil, place back in roaster and bake @ 275º for 1 or per lb. Remove from oven, unwrap and remove from roaster. Slice meat. Pour BBQ sauce over the meat. Rewrap in foil and put back in roaster. Bake an additional hr more.
