1 20oz bag of regular potato chips crushed
1 16 oz container of sour cream
2 1/2 pounds of chicken tenderloins
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 can butter flavored cooking spray
1 stick butter
salsa is optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 450.Place sour cream in medium
bowl. Dip chicken in sour cream, coat with chips.
Place coated chicken on greased cookie sheet. bake chicken 5 minutes the reduce heat to 375.
and bake 10-12 minutes. While chicken is baking, melt butter; add garlic powder. Return oven to 450 and brush garlic butter over chicken and bake another 5 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
Serve with salsa if desired
