1 pkg. celery soup mix
1 pkg. leek soup mix
1/2 pkg. French onion soup mix
8 c. cold water
1 pkg. cold pack Cheddar cheese food. (or grated cheddar cheese
1/2 can beer (room temperature)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups in water; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick. Slowly add cheese, stirring constantly,until melted and smooth. Add beer. Heat thoroughly. Add crumbled bacon if desired.
