1 unbaked pie shell(deep dish)
3 lg eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 2/3 cups milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs slightly, then add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and milk. Beat well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven . Let cool and sprinkle with nutmeg.
