1 pound chicken tenderloins. (cut in bite size)
5 slices bacon
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar salsa blend cheese
Bakery bread of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon. Drain most of grease. Cook chicken in bacon grease. Cut bacon in small pieces and add. Stir in minced garlic. Reduce heat to medium; stir in BBQ sauce and cheese into mixture. Cook 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Spoon mixture into bread for sandwiches.

Rons daughter made this for Rye on a visit with them. I found the recipe in his suitcase when he returned. (what a hint) So we have these often.
