1lb. boneless chicken breast 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1 tbsp. lemon juice Olive Oil Onion salt
Season chicken with onion salt. Brown chicken in olive oil. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup. Turn down heat. Add lemon juice. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked rice.
