5 Large Potatoes
6 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. pkg. Mozarella cheese
5 oz. Pepperoni


Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes; arrange in bottom of baking dish.
Salt potaotoes. Arrange pepperoni over potatoes.Pour tomato sauce on top. Cover. Bake in 300 oven until potatoes are done. Top with cheese and put back in oven until cheese melts. (uncovered)
