4 lb beef brisket
Adolph's meat marinade
2/3 c catsup
2/3 c beer
Directions:
Directions:
Marinate 15 minutes in Adolph's meat marinade. Place on foil and put catsup and beer over meat.
Fold over foil and bake in a 350º oven for 4 hours.
Remove from foil and let cool. Slice and put back into liquid of catsup and beer.
