1 c. pecans
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
3 egg whites
Pinch salt
Directions:
Directions:
Place pecans in Ziploc bag and beat with wooden spoon to break them into small pieces
Put vinegar into mixing bowl
Add eggwhites to vinegar
Put salt in bowl
Add sugar
Beat with a mixer on high speed for 12 - 15 minutes or until stiff peaks are formed
Fold broken nuts into mixture
Drop by the tsp. onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet
Put cookie sheet in oven and leave overnight (will be hollow the next day)
