4-1/2 " THICK red snapper fillets
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 chopped green pepper
1 stick butter
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Season fish, spread onions and peppers in a 9x13 dish and place fish on top. Dot with butter and sprinkle a little Worcestershire sauce on. Bake for 12 min. and baste with juices; sprinkle with parmesan and then place under broiler for about 2 min. or until cheese browns.
