1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix w/pudding
3/4 cup melted margarine
1/3 cup evaporated milk
Nuts to your desire or taste

1 14 oz, Bag Kraft Carmels
1/3 cup evaporated milk.
1 6 oz. bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 4 ingredients. Spread half of this mixture in a greased & floured 13 x 9 pan (from experience glass works best). Bake at 350 for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and pour the following over the baked layer. Melted in double boiler Or in microwave. Carmels & evaporated milk. Then sprinkle chocolate chips over the carmel mix. Dot the remaing cake mixture on top of this. Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for one hour before cutting.
