2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening, cream together
Add: 4 eggs beat
Add gradually
1 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts


Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and shortening. Add 4 beaten eggs.Add gradually flour, cocoa, salt, vanilla and nuts. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 " pan. While still warm spread with 7 1/2 oz. jar marshmallow creme warmed in double boiler. Cool and Frost.

Frosting: 1/2 cup margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup milk - heat to boiling, then add 1 box powdered sugar. Pour over cooled cake, top with nuts if desired.
