1/2 cup corn meal 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dillweed 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 lb. Halibut or Cod 1 egg beaten 2 Tblsp. milk 2 Tblsp. margarine
Heat oven to 350. Combine corn meal & seasonings. Dip fish in combined egg & milk. Coat with corn meal mixture. Place in jelly rolll pan. Drizzle with margarine. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
