5 lbs. Sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine
1/2 box brown sugar
1 1/2 c. Orange Juice
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add brown sugar and orange juice, let dissolve. Once mixture comes to a boil turn gas down and boil for 5 minutes. Once mixture comes to a soft boil pour over sweet potatoes and bake for 20 minutes on 350º
