1 12 oz pkg. Haliabut steaks (I use 1/2 lb.)
lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 med. carrots shredded (1 cup)
2 Tbls. sliced green onions
2 Tbls. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram crushed
1 small tomato, cut into wedges and seeded

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in 10 x 6 x 2 baking dish. Brush with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt. Toss together carrott, onion, parsley, and marjoram. Spoon atop fish, top with tomato wedges. Bake covered in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes or till fish flakes. With slotted spatula lift fish and vegetables to platter.

Micro wave directions: Arrange fish & vegetables in nonmetal casserole dish. Cover with clear plastic wrap. Cook 5 minutes on high power or until fish flakes easily.
Need to turn fish after 2 1/2 minutes.
