5 or 6 medium potatoes
1/2 -meduim onion (chopped)
1-stalk celery Chopped)
1/4-cup sweet pickle relish
2 boiled eggs (chopped)
1/4- tsp.salt
1/4 -tsp pepper
1/2 -cup mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in water to cover with 1 tsp. salt.When done ,drain and put potatoes back into cooking pot,and add all the other ingredients except the mayonaise,mix then add mayonaise.Taste for seasoning.Serve or refrigerate.
