1-Lb. Hot bulk sausage
3-Tbs.self rising flour
1/2- tsp. salt
1/2 -tsp. pepper
1&1/2 -cups milk or more

Directions:
Directions:
In larage skillet,cook sausage until done and scrambled into small pieces.Add salt,pepper and flour to sausage drippings.Blend well and brown lightly.Then add milk,slowly mixing all the time,until you have the thicknes of gravey.More or less milk may be needed. Serve over toast or biscuits.
